  1. Accessories and ready-to-ship items are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Return or exchange requests received after 15 days will not be accepted. Please note that custom-made clothing is not eligible for return.
  2. For 'Made to Order' items, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded, while Non-Customized Orders are eligible for a 75% refund. Please return any customized garments in their original condition without damage; the shipping cost, including any duties, will be the buyer's responsibility.

  1. When returning items, please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

If the purchased item is defective, email us at support@addictedbespoken.com within three days of receiving it, and we will address the issue promptly.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item for either a refund or exchange. In cases of exchange or redoing any garment, the shipping cost will also be the buyer's responsibility.

What items can be returned?
Accessories and ready-to-ship clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached are eligible for return, provided the request is made within 15 days of delivery.

What items cannot be returned?

  • Discounted / Sale items
  • Used / Damaged items
  • Custom-made clothing

Please be aware that color variations may occur due to photographic lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and differences in computer monitor or phone resolutions. Variations in clothing patterns are also not considered flaws and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Order details:  Include your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email or your order receipt.
  • Reason for the refund:  We value your feedback, and sharing why you are dissatisfied with your purchase will help us improve our products and services.
