**This Agreement** is made between AddictedBespoken and Influencer.

1. Collaboration Overview
- The Influencer will receive an decided discount on selected products from AddictedBespoken.
- In exchange, the Influencer agrees to:
- Provide a high-quality photos featuring the product(s).
- Provide a high-quality videos featuring the product(s).
- Record and provide a video specifically promoting AddictedBespoken, as per the Brand's guidelines.

2. Content Specifications
- **Photos:** Must be clear, well-lit, and professionally styled. Photos should prominently feature the product(s) and align with AddictedBespoken's brand aesthetic.
- **Videos:** Must be clear, well-edited, and showcase the product(s) in a way that highlights their quality and design. The video promoting AddictedBespoken must include a mention of the brand and adhere to any specific guidelines provided by the Brand.

3. Rights and Usage
- The Influencer grants AddictedBespoken the rights to use the photos and videos provided for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
- The Influencer agrees to tag and mention AddictedBespoken (@AddictedBespoken) in all social media posts featuring the provided content.

4. Confidentiality
- The Influencer agrees not to disclose any details of this collaboration, including the discount received, without prior written consent from AddictedBespoken.

5. Payment and Discount
- The discount will be applied to the total purchase amount at checkout or using provide Coupon Code.
- No further monetary compensation will be provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party fails to comply with the terms outlined. Termination must be made in writing.

8. Acceptance
- By ticking the check box, the Influencer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
